Ice cubes
1 oz Sloe Gin (this is a red liqueur flavored with sloe berries – if you can’t find it, use your favorite fruit liqueur –
cherry, pomegranate, blueberry, orange, etc)
1 oz Gin

Cranberry Ginger Ale

Fresh cranberries and mint for garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add the gin and sloe gin,
then top with cranberry ginger ale. Stir and garnish with
fresh cranberries and mint leaves on a decorative skewer.

Hot Apple Toddy

50ml Drambuie Original
150ml Pressed apple juice
1 Cinnamon stick
4 Cloves
20ml Sugar syrup
25ml Lemon juice
2 Orange twists
Heat all the ingredients together except the Dram
buie. Add the Drambuie to a teacup or handled
latte glass, then strain in the warm apple juice

cinnamon stick. To make the Winter Spiced Cooler,
replace the pressed apple juice with bottled apple
or pear cider and use two dashes of orange bitters
instead of the orange twists.
